We protect the Fund’s investments through two mechanisms:
- The first is structural protection. This is grounded in the operational documents and philosophy of the Fund:
- Adherence is overseen by a third-party administrator.
- Each investment is independently audited by a third-party auditor (Deloitte & Touche).
- An annual audit of the Fund is carried out by Deloitte.
- The second mechanism is quantitative. Before any cash outlay is authorized, the production costs needs to be fully covered by a combination of forward sales and rebates. In addition, each film production will have a completion bond.
A U.S. based Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) is the top Hedge Fund Structure in the world with excellent laws for the protection of clients.

- The Fund is structured for a limited number of subscribers with a cap of $250 Million.

Administrators are the gatekeepers of the Fund. They are an independent third-party entity whose assignment is to make sure that Integrity’s Film Finance Fund is following the guidelines of the Explanatory Memorandum and US Securities Laws.
As such, our Administrators will:
- Maintain signatory rights over the bank account.
- Do the necessary bookkeeping.
- Administrate the KYC and Anti-Money Laundering compliance.
- Calculate NAVs on a quarterly basis.
- Mail out quarterly performance report to clients.
- Liaison with Deloitte & Touche for auditing.
By having an administrator, the clients can be assured that they are protected by independent monitoring and reporting on their investments.
Deloitte & Touche, is one of the global leaders in auditing and fiscal oversight. Deloitte will audit each investment made into a movie and in addition will provide an annual audit report for the subscribers of the Integrity Film Finance Fund.
The typical movie that is financed by Integrity’s Film Finance Fund will be in the $2 million to $20 million range.
A limited number of subscriber slots are available at a minimum of $250,000. Once those slots are filled, the minimum investment is $1,000,000. The current raise is for $250,000,000.
Integrity’s Film Fund does not charge any management fee. Please note that there is a one-time initial subscription fee of 2 percent dependent upon the amount of capital being invested. There are ongoing expenses for the third-party administration and auditing, which amounts to less than 1 percent per year.
All returns calculated, and projections made, are net of all costs.
A redemption is available after 1 year and with 90 days notice.
